Returns and Exchanges
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned in new, unused condition tags attached or in its original package, with a copy of your receipt.
We are not allowing returns on swimwear for Hygiene reasons.
All returns must be pre-approved by Wylder Shop. Before shipping back your return, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will issue a shipping return label, and a return authorization number to be included in your return package. For all items, shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All return packages must be insured. All items must be postmarked for return within 7 days.
Unfortunately, we are unable to mark merchandise as "gift" or "no commercial value". All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and are therefore ineligible for refund or exchange.
