Returns and Exchanges

Domestic Orders
If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly issue a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery. The item must be returned in new, unused condition tags attached or in its original package, with a copy of your receipt.
We are not allowing returns on swimwear for Hygiene reasons.
All returns must be pre-approved by Wylder Shop. Before shipping back your return, send us an email at hello@wyldershop.com. We will issue a shipping return label, and a return authorization number to be included in your return package. For all items, shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All return packages must be insured. All items must be postmarked for return within 7 days.
International Orders
Unfortunately, we are unable to mark merchandise as "gift" or "no commercial value". All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and are therefore ineligible for refund or exchange.
