Shipping

Orders are processed and shipped from our Santa Cruz location within one to three business days of the order being placed. If you need your package shipped out immediately please email us at hello@wyldershop.com so we can accommodate a rush order.
Transit times are provided by the carrier and vary with package destination. Please note: transit days are an estimate only, and may vary depending on the carrier's volume during peak seasons.  Shipping costs are determined by the weight and size of the items purchased, the method of shipping chosen and the destination address.
Wylder Shop is not responsible for lost, delayed or stolen packages. Please contact your local post office to remedy the situation. In these instances, Wylder Shop is not able to freely replace or refund the items, but we will do our best to assist you in sorting out the situation with the carrier. This can in some instances take a few days to a few weeks.  Once a package is tendered to the carrier, many factors are out of our control. If a package is marked as delivered, but missing from the point of delivery, we cannot be held responsible for refunding or replacing. 
Oversized items including doll houses and rattan furniture are only available to ship within the continental US, and do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. 
Domestic Shipping:
ALL US Orders over ship for free. 
Shipping costs are determined by the weight and size of the items purchased, the method of shipping chosen and the destination address. We ship via USPS, and our shipping options include the following:
  • First Class Package 1-3  days
  • Priority Mail Express 1-2 days

International Orders:

Orders $250 and over ship for free.

Orders under $250 costs are determined by the weight and size of the items purchased, the method of shipping chosen and the destination address. Impost duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are collected by the carrier upon delivery. We ship via USPS, and our shipping options include the following:

    • First Class Package International 7-21 days
    • Priority Mail Express International 3-5 days
    • Please be aware complete tracking information is only available with USPS Priority Mail or UPS Express 

Unfortunately, we are unable to mark merchandise as "gift" or "no commercial value". All international orders are considered final sale once shipped and are therefore ineligible for refund or exchange. We cannot be responsible for lost or missing international packages.  All duties, tariffs, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
